In this role, you will act as the vital communication link between our technicians, prospective customers, and digital lead channels. Your daily responsibilities will include managing inbound calls, creating project estimates, scheduling field technicians, and maintaining lead pipelines across Angi (Angie's List) and Pipedrive. - Answer inbound calls from potential customers, providing exceptional service and answering inquiries with a professional, helpful demeanor - Formulate accurate project estimates and bids based on customer requests and project scopes - Seamlessly coordinate schedules, book appointments, and dispatch field technicians using ServiceTitan - Maintain real-time communications through Angi (Angie's List), manage pipelines in Pipedrive, and perform meticulous operational data entry - Utilize ChatGPT to assist with drafting professional communications, refining text, or streamlining daily administrative tasks Qualifications - Must have direct, hands-on experience utilizing ServiceTitan for scheduling, dispatching, or customer management.
