Service Renewals Specialist

Role Description We are looking for a Service Renewals Specialist to join our Service Portfolio Management team and help ensure Omnicell customers maintain uninterrupted access to support and services. This entry-level renewals role is responsible for overseeing the renewal process for assigned accounts, while also managing billable support opportunities independently. As a Service Renewals Specialist, you will: - Support the Service Renewals organization by managing assigned accounts to promote timely renewal execution. - Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to service renewals and conduct outbound follow-up on pending customer actions. - Develop a clear understanding of service renewals business practices, core Omnicell Service offerings, and common questions across the renewals quoting-to-invoicing workflow. - Assist with install base, contract coverage, and related data needed to complete service renewals or billable time-and-materials events. - Proactively communicate issues that may delay or inhibit closure of a service renewal. - Accurately assess and maintain on-time renewal probability for assigned accounts or opportunities. - Recognize new purchase or product upgrade opportunities and notify Sales accordingly. - Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities related to Service Renewals. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED. - Minimum of 3 years of prior work history. Requirements - Reliable and independently responsible for assigned work hours, work assignments, and committed action items. - Comfortable making sound, in-policy decisions for standard processes and recurring situations. - Disciplined in basic time and priority management, with the ability to adapt when required. - Motivated by detail-oriented and analytical work involving research, investigation, comparisons, and identifying trends or outliers. - Effective communicator across in-person, virtual, phone, written, and documentation-based interactions. - Able to cope with ambiguity or change in a productive manner. - Able to quickly learn commonly used service, selling, or support tools and technologies, including MS Office/Office 365, SAP, Salesforce-like CRM systems, quoting, or invoicing tools. Benefits - This entry-level role will involve substantial daily collaboration with trainers and/or colleagues at the start, with ongoing collaboration multiple times per week. - Customer needs, team priorities, or business goals may require overtime hours. - Sufficient work-from-home arrangements will be necessary for any non-office days. - Fully remote work may be permissible with qualified prior experience and sufficient full-time work-from-home arrangements. - Full-time remote workers may be required to travel to Omnicell locations semi-annually.
