• Support the development of a differentiated, best-in-class specialty pharmacy experience that improves health outcomes for specialty patients, simplifies the colleague experience, and delivers measurable business value • Use data, analytics, business storytelling, and strong stakeholder partnership to identify high-impact opportunities, build business cases, support roadmap prioritization, and quantify value delivered through Specialty Technology and operational enablement • Connect strategy, operational performance, patient and colleague experience, and service efficiency into a clear view of business impact • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate business performance, operational pain points, workflow opportunities, and areas for improvement • Collect, analyze, and synthesize business, operational, product, financial, and colleague workflow data to identify trends, insights, risks, and value opportunities • Develop business cases, feasibility assessments, cost-benefit analyses, value-sizing models, and benefit realization frameworks for proposed solutions, technology enhancements, and operational improvements • Assess the effectiveness, adoption, operational impact, and service efficiency contribution of Specialty Technology products and enabled capabilities • Translate complex analysis into clear, concise, actionable insights that support leadership decision-making and roadmap prioritization • Create executive-ready summaries, presentations, dashboards, value tracking materials, and recommendations for cross-functional and senior leadership audiences • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Resource Planning, and business stakeholders to validate assumptions, define success measures, align on ownership, and support ongoing value tracking • Support roadmap prioritization, discovery, sizing, development, implementation, and post-launch performance monitoring for Specialty Technology and value acceleration initiatives • Conduct impact assessments and gather stakeholder feedback to inform solution design, rollout approach, operational readiness, change management needs, and go-forward recommendations • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, validate solutions, align cross-functional partners, surface risks, and support decision-making • Help simplify the Specialty front-end colleague experience, particularly for Pharmacy Service Representatives and operational teams impacted by technology, workflow, and process changes • Actively contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects by sharing ideas, providing feedback, and helping advance Strategic Analyst Team priorities • Leverage analytics techniques and tools, including SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and related platforms, to gather data, create models, forecast impact, develop dashboards, and support business decision-making • Maintain a strong understanding of Specialty pharmacy operations, patient engagement, colleague workflows, compliance considerations, technology enablement, and business value drivers
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of overall work experience with 3+ years of experience specifically focused in pharmacy operations
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, financial analysis, operational analytics, value measurement, or performance reporting
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant, actionable insights
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data, strategy, operations, colleague experience, patient experience, and financial impact
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for operational, cross-functional, and leadership audiences
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations that clearly communicate business opportunities, risks, recommendations, and measurable outcomes
- Ability to create clear, concise, executive-ready materials that translate complex work into business impact, tradeoffs, risks, opportunities, and next steps
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adjust quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Resource Planning, and business teams
- High energy, strong sense of urgency, and demonstrated ownership in driving work forward from analysis through recommendation, alignment, and execution support
