• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and complete cost estimates. • Develop bid proposals, RFIs, submittals, and estimating documentation. • Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid packages. • Estimate grading, site utilities, foundations, structural concrete, slabs, decks, site concrete, and plumbing scopes. • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers during the bidding process. • Manage estimate revisions and maintain organized project documentation. • Support preconstruction planning and deliver estimates within project deadlines.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects.
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent estimating experience preferred.
- Experience estimating grading, concrete, and plumbing projects.
- Proficiency with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), or similar estimating software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work full-time during U.S. East Coast hours.
