chargecloudUnlimited growth: the chargecloud ecosystem. A 360° e-mobility software solution for all present and future requirements
• At chargecloud, we don’t just write code; we build the digital backbone of the e-mobility transition. This is not a greenfield role. • You'll join the team that owns our billing domain, the digital engine room of our business. • This is one of the most complex and critical areas of our platform, where your work has a direct and immediate impact. • We're looking for a driver, not a passenger, a strong fullstack engineer, someone who sees the opportunity in that complexity and has the vision to move a core product forward. • Partner with product and design to take an idea from a rough concept to a high-quality, scalable solution in a business-critical domain. • Bridge our Symfony backend with a reactive Nuxt.js frontend, ensuring our APIs (PHP/TypeScript) are performant and developer-friendly on both sides. • Make pragmatic, high-impact improvements within our existing architecture. You understand that shipping iterative value to users is more important than waiting for a perfect, greenfield rewrite. • Champion quality as a built-in part of the development process, not an afterthought. You'll see testing, CI, and code review as tools for moving faster and more reliably. • Actively leverage AI to amplify your own output. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of mastering new tools to work faster and smarter, using AI to sharpen your judgment, not replace it. • Help raise the bar for the people around you, speaking up when something isn't right and viewing honest feedback as a tool for growth.
• Lead the architecture and long-term technical roadmap, transitioning legacy systems into a modern, distributed microservices architecture that supports global scale. • Lead by example in using AI coding assistants to automate boilerplate, generate exhaustive test suites, and perform rapid prototyping. • Drive technical excellence across multiple teams, making critical architectural decisions that balance rapid feature innovation with world-class reliability and security. • Partner with Product Managers to translate complex global telecommunications regulations and customer needs into elegant, developer-first APIs and application workflows. • Mentor and uplift senior and staff engineers. Foster a culture of technical curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning. • Identify and mitigate technical risks early and lead the team through complex production incidents with a focus on long-term remediation. • Communicate complex technical strategies to both executive leadership and engineering teams through high-quality design documents, RFCs, and presentations.
• Contribute to improving and scaling a digital loyalty platform by designing and developing enterprise web applications. • Work across both backend and frontend technologies, building scalable systems and APIs while adapting to evolving technologies and frameworks. • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Contribute to technical improvements and support the growth of the product through effective engineering practices. • Required strong problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and the ability to work effectively within a development environment.
