Role Description As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating schedules, organising meetings, and supporting the team with essential administrative tasks. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates residing in Serbia and CIS. - Build and maintain e-learning courses using Articulate. - Administer the Learning Management System (LMS). - Collect, organize, and analyze learner feedback to support continuous improvement of training materials. - Translate learning materials from Russian to English and from English to Russian. - Keep training materials accurate, up to date, and well-organized. - Leverage AI tools to streamline routine tasks, including translation, content structuring, formatting, and other content-related activities. Qualifications - English proficiency at C1 level or higher — you'll be expected to confidently work with learning materials in both English and Russian. - Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow tasks through to completion — this role requires accuracy and a careful approach to every aspect of the work. - A good eye for design and visual presentation, with the ability to create clean and well-structured materials. - Basic to intermediate proficiency in Figma. - Strong communication skills — you'll collaborate with learners, teammates, and internal stakeholders on a regular basis. - Experience using AI tools and a willingness to incorporate AI into your daily workflow. The Lab is home to MI-CARES (cancer & the environment study), SOCIAL (ovarian cancer cohort study), YO MI-CARES (young onset cancer & the environment study), and ARROWS (ovarian cancer prevention). The Research Lab is looking for a project coordinator to join our core team to help achieve our goal of preventing cancer and improving cancer survivorship. This is a term-limited appointment that will end one year from appointment start date, with the potential for an extension depending on performance and available funding. Responsibilities* - Calendar and Email Management: Provide calendar and time management support to leadership you are assigned to. Prioritize and respond to calendar requests and plan accordingly.
