Executive Assistant – Operations Coordinator

• Coordinate daily and weekly tasks across multiple departments • Track project timelines, deliverables and dependencies to ensure on-time execution • Prepare structured project briefs, follow-up notes and status updates for senior management • Identify project blockers early and escalate issues when necessary • Conduct market research and prepare relevant findings when required • Manage calendars, meeting agendas and follow-up action lists • Prepare presentations, summaries and documentation for internal and external stakeholders • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion • Coordinate internal communication and ensure alignment across teams • Prepare internal operational reports when required • Act as the operational link between Growth, Support, Risk, IT, Compliance and Marketing teams • Ensure departments receive clear instructions, deadlines and expectations • Maintain accurate and structured documentation for ongoing projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 level and higher)
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, executive support, support management or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong follow-through and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to work independently under an SLA agreement
- Availability to provide full support during Cyprus working hours, 08:00–17:00
- Experience within brokerage, fintech or financial services is an advantage
- Familiarity with trading platforms is an advantage
- Understanding of client lifecycle metrics including acquisition, activation and retention is an advantage.
