Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes, Infrastructure
Glückliche Gäste GmbH
• Build and automate stable, maintainable infrastructure landscapes • Operate, evolve and secure multiple Kubernetes clusters • Manage our Linux systems (physical servers, VMs, NAS) • Automate deployment, operations and maintenance processes • Implement Security-by-Design in code: system hardening, access control, secrets management, logging & monitoring • Translate C5, ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 requirements into technical controls — closely coordinated with our internal Information Security Management (ISMS) • 2nd-level incident handling (analysis & remediation) • Help define infrastructure standards from the outset
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience operating complex Linux infrastructures
- Several years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production
- Solid understanding of Linux, networking and storage
- Good Bash skills and a passion for automation
- Good knowledge of GitLab (CI/CD, repository management)
- Basic IT security knowledge (hardening, access control, logging, incident response)
- Structured, responsible working style and enjoyment of teamwork
- Enjoy sharing your knowledge, bringing others along and helping the team benefit from your experience
- Excellent German language skills (minimum C1)
