We are seeking a highly motivated Staff II to join our Outsourced Growth & Marketing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven digital marketer who enjoys working across channels, solving problems, improving performance, and translating digital activity into clear client insights. - Manage digital campaigns across paid media, SEO, analytics, reporting, website/CMS updates, email marketing, and marketing technology. - Collaborate with account managers and project managers, supporting client-facing reporting conversations. - True digital generalist with strong paid media experience, solid SEO foundation, and excellent reporting skills. - Passionate about technology and comfortable learning new tools quickly. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing management; agency experience preferred. Requirements - Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, SEO support, analytics/reporting, and website/CMS work. - Experience with paid media strategy, campaign setup, optimization, budget pacing, and performance reporting. - Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, website/CMS updates, dashboarding, reporting, and digital performance measurement. - Experience turning data into clear insights, recommendations, and client-ready reporting materials. - Strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, consistent follow-up, professional attitude, teamwork-driven mindset, and strong work ethic. - Ability to work at a faster-than-average pace, learn quickly, manage details thoroughly, and adapt to change quickly. - Experience presenting reporting, campaign performance, and recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders. - Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, GA4, HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, SEMrush, or similar certifications is a plus. - Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Looker Studio/Data Studio, SEMrush, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, HubSpot CMS, Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot. - Basic HTML/CSS familiarity, marketing automation, CRM, and email marketing experience are a plus. - Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for this position now or in the future.
