• Define, plan, and implement automated testing strategies (Frontend and Backend) to ensure end-to-end quality across user acquisition journeys; • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams from conception (Shift-Left Testing), reviewing architectural requirements and acceptance criteria; • Ensure stability of the development pipeline by integrating and maintaining test suites in CI/CD pipelines; • Monitor and validate critical quality and performance metrics (such as Core Web Vitals) that directly impact the organic ranking of the group's brands; • Promote a culture of quality within the multidisciplinary team, serving as a reference and mentor in QA best practices.

Role Description Join our Quality Assurance department as a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for supervision of the quality management system within an organization, including its development, implementation, and maintenance. Position is in Lithuania or any EU country. - Develop, review, and manage standard operating procedures (SOP’s) of the company processes by assuring conformance with local and international requirements and standards. - Assure the effectiveness and continuing improvement of the quality management system, that clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and good clinical practice training services conform to applicable regulations, good clinical, pharmacovigilance (GVP), good Clinical practice (GCP) or other applicable practice guidelines, ISO 9001, ISP13485 and ISO27001 standards requirements. - Conduct GxP audits according to the agreements with clients and/or internal audits programs. - Manage vendors’ quality assessments and audits. - Coordinate activities during second, third party audits or regulatory GCP and GVP inspections in the company and manage corrective and preventive actions plans after the audits. - Complete and manage quality management system documentation and required accountability forms. - Identify non-compliances, present, and discuss the audits findings, oversee implementation, and control effectiveness of corrective and preventive action plans, provide recommendations for improvement. - Assist in performing root-cause analysis and other problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvement in collaboration with the personnel. - Participate in the training process of the staff by preparing and presenting quality and legal requirements relevant trainings. - Implement and monitor processes that ensure quality. - Provide assistance for all quality management activities. Qualifications - Higher education in Life Sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related discipline). - Knowledge of EU Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) is required; knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is considered an advantage. - At least 5 years of experience in a pharmacovigilance and/or clinical research environment, including quality assurance experience related to GVP and/or GCP activities. - Knowledge of other GxP requirements, as well as ISO 9001, ISO27001 and ISO13485 standards, would be considered an advantage. - Strong computer literacy and experience with eLMS, eQMS programs. - Ability to develop quality management systems and procedures. - Professional level in English, both in oral and written communications. - Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills. • Provide full oversight of the testing lifecycle across multiple teams and projects, defining and enforcing QA processes and standardizing tools, environments, and test coverage organization-wide • Establish and continuously refine QA processes, procedures, and standards for testing products before they go to market • Ensure scalable test infrastructure, and extend our testing capability into advanced domains including performance, security, and compliance testing • Identify systemic quality gaps and cross-team risks, run trend analysis on quality metrics, and anticipate issues that could affect release stability or timelines • Evaluate and resolve organizational blockers in QA workflows, balancing trade-offs and delivery timelines while protecting stakeholder satisfaction • Deliver executive-level QA insights — reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations — to the Head of QA and cross-functional leadership • Manage and mentor QA Leads and senior individual contributors, fostering career growth, succession planning, and technical leadership across the QA organization • Distribute workload, set goals for QA Leads and their teams, and conduct performance reviews across the function • Drive continuous performance evaluation and improvement of QA teams — resolving conflicts, supporting morale, and building a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence • Be the advocate for Agile testing and quality across the business, building quality awareness at every stage of the product lifecycle • Oversee QA engineers and Leads testing our products and implementing automation across cross-functional teams • Partner closely with engineering, product, and business analysts to shape requirements and comprehensive testing strategies • Participate in reviews of software requirements, design documents, and system architecture, ensuring testing requirements are addressed early • Manage and triage reported defects, and keep visibility over how features delivered by other teams interact across subsystems • Continuously improve and refactor our testing infrastructure and automated/regression frameworks to ensure reliability and scalability
