• Actively contribute to technical and architectural decisions within the team • Further develop and optimize our microservices and Kubernetes architecture — focusing on performance, stability, and security • Develop and continuously enhance modern full‑stack applications (frontend, backend, databases) • Take responsibility for code quality, scalability, and technical excellence • Work closely with product management, design, and business stakeholders to develop optimal solutions • Share knowledge within the development team — learn from each other and grow together • Continuously improve development processes, automation, and CI/CD pipelines • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools, including modern AI solutions, to actively drive innovation • Support the modernization of our software landscape on the path to an AI‑driven future

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in full‑stack development and experience working on complex system landscapes or under high quality and performance requirements
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js (e.g., NestJS), and frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Next.js)
  • Proficient with REST APIs and GraphQL
  • Confident working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Experience with container technologies and cloud environments (Docker, AWS, or GCP)
  • Experience with microservices architectures and Kubernetes
  • Deep understanding of clean code, software architecture, and scaling complex systems
  • Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and monitoring
  • Strong awareness of code quality, architecture, and technical ownership
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and enthusiasm for shaping solutions rather than just implementing them
  • Solid experience with modern AI tools and systems, in particular Claude, Codex, and OpenClaw, and the ability to apply them to increase efficiency, automation, and support
  • Business‑fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a team of experienced developers
