• Act as the primary technical point of contact for our healthcare "vibe coders," diagnosing and resolving complex platform and code-level issues. • Design, build, and maintain full-stack features, internal tooling, and diagnostics that prevent developer friction before it happens. • Write optimized SQL queries, design robust schemas, and develop secure, type-safe REST APIs to expand platform capabilities. • Take features from concept to production end-to-end, while working closely with the core engineering team to loop developer feedback back into the product.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of commercial web development experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in React , Next.js , and modern state management.
  • Deep understanding of TypeScript for building robust, type-safe systems.
  • Solid backend experience with Node.js and REST/API development, alongside strong SQL skills (writing efficient queries, designing relational schemas).
  • Proven ability to own features end-to-end and work independently within a collaborative team setting.
  • Clear, professional English communication skills, both written and verbal, sufficient for direct customer and developer communications.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with the Cloudflare ecosystem (Workers, Pages, CDN/caching, DNS configuration).
  • Prior experience in a developer-facing role (Support Engineering, DX, or Technical Account Management).
