Role Description We are looking for contributors based in Malaysia and Indonesia to join a short-term remote project helping train next-generation AI vision systems. Your task in this project is to record first-person (egocentric) videos of your everyday activities using your smartphone. These recordings help AI better understand how people naturally interact with objects and navigate daily environments from a human perspective. If you're comfortable recording your daily activities, detail-oriented, and can commit a few hours each day, this project is for you. What You'll Be Doing - Record first-person (egocentric) videos using your smartphone - Capture a variety of daily household and residential activities following the project guidelines - Ensure recordings meet the required quality, duration, framing, and environmental requirements - Upload completed recordings through the designated platform - Follow project guidelines to maintain high-quality submissions - Re-record videos when requested to meet quality standards - Communicate actively with the Project Manager through Discord - Complete assigned daily recording targets throughout the project period Project Details - Duration: Approximately 3 weeks - Time commitment: Around 4–6 hours per day - Daily target: 15 video recordings per day - Average Handling Time (AHT): Approximately 15–20 minutes per recording - Onboarding Training: Mandatory (TBD, office hour 9am-6pm MYT) - Working hours: Flexible (daily targets must be completed within the assigned deadline) - Project Period: 20 July – 7 August 2026 Pay Rate - Execution: USD 3 per ACCEPTED hour recording - Quality Control (QC): USD 0.25 per accepted recording hour What Do I Need? Tone, pacing, captions, hooks. Without a style guide taped to your monitor • Use AI tools like your paycheck depends on it. Editing, captioning, repurposing, drafting copy. More output, zero drop in quality • Watch the numbers like a hawk. Retention. Watch time. Shares. Follower growth. Then tell us what you see • Spot platform trends before they show up in everyone else's feed

• Cut influencer and UGC footage into punchy short-form ads for TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and beyond • Own the edit from brief to delivery—music selection, pacing, transitions, and platform formatting • Add motion graphics where needed: titles, CTA overlays, pop-ups, and slick text treatments • Bring your own creative flavour to even the most underwhelming brief • Leverage AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Veo) to enhance and accelerate your workflow • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and freelance resources to hit deadlines without dropping quality

• Turn 60-minute podcast recordings into engaging **Instagram Reels** and short-form videos. • Identify the strongest 30–60 second moments and craft compelling hooks that capture attention immediately. • Edit talking-head videos, founder updates, behind-the-scenes content, and business-focused clips. • Create clean, readable captions with burned-in subtitles optimized for mobile viewing. • Deliver polished vertical videos that feel native to Instagram. • Identify standalone clips with high engagement potential from longer recordings. • Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style.
