Qualifications - Proven experience editing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. - Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention. - Excellent judgment in selecting compelling moments from long-form content. - Experience editing founder, business, podcast, or operator-style content. - Proficiency in one or more of the following: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Descript, and Adobe After Effects. - Strong caption design skills with attention to readability and visual hierarchy. - Ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines. - Able to work in several overlapping with PST business hours.
