About the RoleAs a Customer Success Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success and growth of a portfolio of strategic school districts. The Customer Success Manager will be based in Southern California, and will manage a book of business in the West region. This role involves weekly travel for on-site customer engagements in Southern California and Arizona, as well as occasional travel to conferences and BrainPOP's NYC HQ for attendance at company and team events. In this role, you will - Own the end-to-end success of significant and strategic partner school districts, from seamless onboarding through successful renewal. - Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities within your assigned districts, initiating strategic conversations to expand adoption and upsell relevant resources. - Create accurate pricing proposals that take into account historical customer information. - Develop comprehensive expertise in BrainPOP's products to deliver exceptional support and service to educators. - Serve as the primary relationship manager, expertly guiding partners through the onboarding and implementation process. - Maintain consistent communication with district and school leaders to foster ongoing BrainPOP utilization, gather valuable feedback, share new features, and proactively address any challenges.
