Title: Integration Coordinator Location: Somerville, MA Job Description: Integration Coordinator Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an Integration Coordinator to join our M&A Integration team. This detail-oriented, data-driven individual will serve as the execution engine of the IMO, owning the data, system configuration, and cutover readiness activities that translate integration decisions into live systems. The Integration Coordinator is responsible for driving accuracy, consistency, and completion at the task level to ensure successful integrations. This position reports to the Corporate Manager of Enterprise PMO. The role will be fully onsite for the first 90 days. After that, it will transition to a hybrid schedule, subject to manager and Human Resources approval. Responsibilities: - Collect, manage, and consolidate data from acquired entities. - Configure CPQ for acquired companies, including pricing structures, service lines, and customer-specific configurations within Oracle CX. - Enter and migrate customer account data across Oracle CX and related systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to go-live. - Support WasteLAND configuration by assisting with facility submissions, site tree configuration, and waste profile entry in coordination with field operations and disposal teams. - Onboard vendors and complete vendor setup within ERP and procurement systems. - Support cutover readiness through site-level data validation and pre-go-live checks in partnership with the Integration Manager and IT Lead. - Maintain the configuration task backlog across multiple concurrent acquisitions, tracking completion status and escalating blockers to the Integration Project Manager. - Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in data entry, systems administration, operations coordination, or a related hands-on role. - Exceptional attention to detail, as errors in system configuration can have downstream operational and compliance impacts. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks across active integrations while adapting to changing business priorities. - Experience with ERP, CRM, or field service platforms preferred; familiarity with Oracle, WasteLAND, and other internal systems is strongly preferred. - Strong written communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with IT, operations, and integration team members. - Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. - Must have reliable transportation. Preferred Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
