• Operate VLOS flights following SOPs and pre-planned mission workflows. • Complete daily pre-flight checks, aircraft inspections, and equipment set-up. • Monitor the aircraft in flight and maintain situational awareness. • Follow ConOps, risk assessments, and local permissions. • Conduct post-flight steps, battery management, logging, and equipment care. • Maintain aircraft serviceability and quarantine unserviceable equipment. • Keep competency, currency, and engineering authorisations at the correct level. • Record flights accurately in Alaris/Centrik. • Support ROCs, ground tasks, and set-ups where required. • Represent Skyports professionally on customer sites.

• The Physician Liaison serves as a strategic ambassador for Carilion Clinic, fostering relationships with physicians, advanced care practitioners, and healthcare organizations throughout a multi-county Southwest Virginia territory. • This role promotes collaboration, strengthens referral networks, and serves as a key resource for connecting clinicians with Carilion's specialty, hospital, and ambulatory services to improve patient access and support organizational growth. • Identifies opportunities to streamline referral pathways, support clinician onboarding, and increase awareness of Carilion's clinical services and programs. • Builds, maintains, and enhances relationships with referring providers and healthcare organizations to support organizational growth and promote services within the defined service area. • Collaborates with marketing, physician leadership, and senior management to develop outreach strategies and plans, prioritize territory efforts, and improve provider engagement. • Serves as a liaison between the organization and physicians and office staff to increase awareness, utilization, and satisfaction with services.

• Provides high-quality reference and instructional services to students, alums, faculty, and staff through various channels, including chat, text, phone, email, video conference, and other relevant modalities • Contributes to assessment efforts, which includes data collection and analysis, as well as co-curricular assessment of student learning • Develops and maintains library instruction targeted to students through multiple modalities, both synchronous and asynchronous • Provides instruction for graduate and undergraduate programs, conducts general instruction for general education courses, workshops, and facilitates webinars and event series as needed, including coverage for other liaisons • Actively participates in Library instruction initiatives • Collaborates with the entire library team to do collection development, assessment, and maintenance • Serves as the primary Library contact and information resource for assigned programs • Represents the Library at school committees and meetings, supports faculty initiatives, and provides training for faculty and staff on library initiatives, resources, and services • Provides research support for faculty and staff by designing, advertising, and assessing faculty research support tools and initiatives • Selects and de-selects digital materials in assigned subject areas • Participates in Library and University committees and other operational groups as appropriate • Maintains active membership and involvement in local, state, regional, and/or national professional associations and societies • Stays current on disciplinary research and academic library services and resources through reading, involvement in professional organizations, conference attendance, and research • Participates in library team initiatives such as guide reviews, outreach, tutorials, events, and webinars as directed • Serves as a leader as assigned
