• Serves as the customer service liaison between the company and the customer(s) • Resolves problems (i.e. billing, tracking shipments) and handles customer concerns • Builds relationships with customers • Prepares important documents for import customs clearance of client shipments • Traces shipments and re-routes freight accordingly • Communicates and corresponds with CBP and the various PGAs to resolve routine issues • Prepares import documents including: bills of lading, dock receipts, licenses, and consulate documents and distributes documents to all appropriate parties • Cross-trains in additional responsibilities • Handles confidential information • Has experience specific to client submission requirements and clearance of specific commodities • Opens files, enters notes, information and document requests in corporate systems • Reviews documentation or issues documents to meet government regulations and carrier regulations • Convert and verify shipment weight, volume and foreign currency • Sends information/document requests to company's employees, suppliers, service providers and/or U.S. government agencies as needed • Communicates with specific offices, departments, and teams on all issues affecting customs brokerage • Ensures compliance with regards to U.S. Government regulatory agencies such as FDA, EPA, USFWS, etc. • Maintains communication with customers, carriers and vendors • Coordinates shipments from airline, ocean piers and CFS (container freight station) to customer/consignee destination • Coordinates pick-ups and invoices files • Stays up-to-date on regulations, laws, guidelines and Deringer requirements • Acts as a resource to internal and external clients • Handles accounting processes accurately and in a timely manner

Role Description Gulf Companies is currently seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join our team. The PLS will be responsible for the management, planning, scheduling and performance of multiple survey projects and personnel. The candidate will apply sound survey principles in planning, evaluating, and completing survey projects. Will review and approve field measurements and direct and assist with preparation of survey documents. Will also direct field surveys as required by scheduling or for professional supervisory and quality control purposes. - Experience in a supervisory or managerial role - Conduct field surveys to gather data and information necessary for land boundary determinations and topographic mapping - Prepare and process legal descriptions, plats, and maps for recording purposes - Communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques in land surveying to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition - Maintain and update records and reports related to surveying activities - Familiarity with GIS and mapping software - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Qualifications - Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in one or more of the following states: TX, LA, MS, AL, GA or FL - Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying - A.S. or B.S. • Operate VLOS flights following SOPs and pre-planned mission workflows. • Complete daily pre-flight checks, aircraft inspections, and equipment set-up. • Monitor the aircraft in flight and maintain situational awareness. • Follow ConOps, risk assessments, and local permissions. • Conduct post-flight steps, battery management, logging, and equipment care. • Maintain aircraft serviceability and quarantine unserviceable equipment. • Keep competency, currency, and engineering authorisations at the correct level. • Record flights accurately in Alaris/Centrik. • Support ROCs, ground tasks, and set-ups where required. • Represent Skyports professionally on customer sites.
