Role Description The Programmer II will assist in the review, creation, modification and maintenance of software applications. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under the supervision of department personnel. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Ensures that company owned information technology resources are used in accordance with corporate standards. Essential Functions - Interacts with employees to resolve system issues. - Administers and supports areas of the mobile and web based software and its ancillary systems. - Assists in the creation of training material and or training support as it relates to technology and the systems used with the company. - 24x7 support, flexibility for night and weekend work as well as travel to satellite offices. - Develops new applications as identified by supervisor and management through packaged and customized applications. - Completes testing of applications, unit and system, engaging users as necessary. - Maintains and enhances existing applications and all internal systems assigned. - Responsible for creation and maintenance of system reports using standard SQL programming and report tools. - Experience working as part of a software development cycle including interfacing and coordinating work in the development, testing, and production environments. - Promotes responsible usage and care of corporate equipment. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years’ experience coding user interfaces for Web, Mobile and Client applications and Web pages using .Net, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, NodeJS, PHP, WP, Bootstrap. - Experience with SharePoint (MOSS) platform. - Experience with SQL Server, SQL and SQL Server Management Studio. - Effective communicator with proven leadership skills and abilities. - Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, implement, and control business activities and transactions. Requirements - Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years’ of experience in the field or in a related area.

Role Description Designs, develops, and maintains customer-facing web applications and enterprise software solutions utilizing Microsoft .NET technologies. Works closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and development teams to implement scalable, secure, and high-performing applications in both on-premises and cloud-based environments. - Responsible for application architecture, API development, database integration, cloud deployments, and ongoing software maintenance. - Designs and develops reusable Web API platforms and shared application frameworks to support multiple enterprise applications with secure authentication and service-oriented architecture principles. - Works with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, create technical specifications, develop software solutions, and support production systems. - Familiar with a wide variety of modern and legacy Microsoft development technologies, frameworks, and methodologies. - Relies on extensive technical experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while following coding standards, best practices, and enterprise architecture guidelines. Qualifications - Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Minimum of 10 years of overall software application design and development experience. - Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET application development technologies. - Strong experience developing front-end applications utilizing React and JavaScript frameworks. - Strong experience developing RESTful APIs utilizing .NET Core and ASP.NET technologies. - Experience designing scalable enterprise application architectures and reusable software components. - Strong knowledge of SQL Server database development, optimization, and administration. - Experience utilizing ORM technologies such as Entity Framework. - Experience supporting cloud, hybrid, and on-premises application environments utilizing Microsoft Azure. - Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and cloud resource management. - Experience integrating third-party APIs and enterprise services. - Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design principles. - Experience developing GIS applications and integrating mapping technologies preferred. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving technology environment. Role Description This position is responsible for ensuring that all consumers receive accurate, courteous, and professional customer service related to requests for non-emergency medical transportation services. Essential Functions - Assists callers efficiently and in a polite, courteous and professional manner at all times. - Conducts appropriate screening and eligibility functions. - Obtains correct information to schedule appropriate modes of transportation. - Maintains current knowledge of local operating transportation policies. - Accurately and effectively uses trip scheduling and dispatch software. - Maintains client, company and employee confidentiality. - Communicates with facilities and/or providers as necessary to assure efficient transportation services. - Coordination of urgent care and/or discharges with Trip Validation Specialist. - Keeps Supervisor informed concerning scheduling and/or service delivery problems. - Completes all required records and reports. - Effective use of telecommunications systems. Qualifications - High School graduate or equivalent. Requirements - Excellent communication skills. - Basic computer and typing skills. - Type 30 wpm. - Customer service experience. - Able to work in a busy environment. - Able to work independently or with a team.
