Business Intelligence Supervisor

Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc.

Role Description This position is a key contributor for leading and guiding a team of analysts and manages the enterprise reporting and analytics platform. This role is the primary administrator of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Service, and the on-prem Power BI Report Server, and is responsible for designing and delivering analytics that turn business questions into governed, trustworthy reporting. - Primary administrator of the Power BI Service tenant including settings, capacity, workspaces, deployment pipelines, and gateways along with the On Prem Power BI Report Server environment - Maintain reporting catalog with usage tracking, business owners, and criticality - Own Row-Level Security, certified datasets, sensitivity labeling, and data lineage across all enterprise reporting - Manage BI source control in Git with Dev / Test / Production deployment pipelines and PowerShell automation - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting and data needs - Supervise the design and delivery of dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc reports - Validate and interpret complex data outputs for stakeholders - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units - Lead and mentor the team on Power BI, Fabric, T-SQL, semantic modeling, and AI grounding; build certification pathways across Fabric, AI, and Power Platform - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of BI tools - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - 6+ years in Business Intelligence, database analysis, or enterprise analytics - 3+ years as a tenant-level administrator of Power BI Service or Microsoft Fabric - 3 to 5 years of experience with T-SQL programming - Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to consistently produce accurate work - Mortgage and LOS experience strongly preferred - High school diploma or GED equivalent, college degree preferred - 5+ years’ experience in a BI or Reporting Analyst Role - Prior management experience preferred Requirements - This is a remote position.
