• Owning end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects that align to organizational objectives and client business outcomes. This role will be accountable for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, change management, and baseline control. • Working with client and internal stakeholders to establish clear ownership, decision rights, communications cadence, project goals, success criteria, and priority trade-offs. • Facilitating risk, issue, and dependency management with proactive mitigation plans, get-to-green actions, business-impact clarity, and early escalation where delivery or commercial outcomes are at risk. • Applying Hitachi Solutions delivery methodology, stage gates, project health reviews, and standard delivery practices while continuously improving execution quality. • Managing project budgets of $2M - $10M+ with disciplined forecasting, budget-vs-actual review, estimate-at-complete awareness, margin protection, and proactive action on financial variance. • Identifying scope movement, leading re-estimation when needed, and estimating, creating, and delivering Change Orders with clear client alignment and commercial rationale. • Leading or supporting Steering Committee governance, stage-gate readiness, executive status reporting, decision management, and value/outcome alignment as required by the delivery process. • Providing clear, transparent, action-oriented communication to customers and internal Hitachi Solutions stakeholders on progress, risks, decisions required, delivery challenges, and corrective actions. • Contributing to PMO and Delivery Excellence process improvement by capturing lessons learned, improving reusable delivery practices, and adopting standard tools, templates, and reporting discipline. • Providing first-line project escalation support to the team, establishing accountability, coaching delivery behaviors, resolving conflicts, and helping address capability or execution gaps. • Leading teams through ambiguity while maintaining delivery control, driving timely decisions, balancing competing priorities, and reinforcing execution discipline under pressure.

• Responsible for managing customer-facing full life-cycle projects from PreSales handoff through full implementation/configuration to go-live • Manage and deliver on-time projects within scope, budget and schedule delivering functionality agreed to within the Statement of Work (SOW) • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from Project Initiation to Technical Support transition for multiple customer-facing major initiatives simultaneously • Prepare detailed project plan for multi-phase projects • Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards • Provide remote and on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones • Manage project scope, time management and changes per Statement of Work • Proactively research and communicate additional opportunities for expansion within the existing customer base (land and expand)

• Create and maintain project work plans and task-based resource estimates. • Monitor milestone accomplishment and budget/resource use. • Review and re-estimate work plans and project resources based on contingencies, changing priorities, and budget-to-actual comparison regularly. • Create generalized project cost estimates based on work plans, loaded average labor rates, and other direct costs. • Manage expenditures consistent with project and organizational fiscal year budgets. • Negotiate resources for execution of the work plan with functional managers. • Ensure the preparation of all project-related products and tasks. • Liaise with client or funding agency’s scientific or program leadership. • Provide project progress and budget reports as appropriate or required. • Provide up-to-date reporting on financial and operational performance of projects monthly.

Role Description Dans le cadre de notre développement (reprise de la compétence éclairage public au SDES), le pôle réseaux crée un nouveau service dédié à l'éclairage public, la rénovation, l’exploitation et la maintenance de ce futur parc. Sous l'autorité de la responsable du service Réseaux, au sein d'une équipe de 4 chargés d'opérations, 1 chargé SIG/GMAO et 1 assistante administrative et technique, vous serez chargé d'accompagner à la structuration du service dans un 1er temps de piloter les travaux de rénovation pour l'ensemble du parc géré par le SDES. - Investissement - Participer à la structuration, à l'organisation et au développement de la compétence Éclairage Public. - Accompagner les collectivités dans leurs projets d'éclairage public : de la phase du diagnostic du patrimoine à la réalisation des travaux. - Assurer le suivi technique, administratif et financier des opérations (dont le suivi des marchés afférents). - Maintenance / Exploitation - Piloter l'exploitation et la maintenance du patrimoine d'éclairage public grâce à l’outil de GMAO. - Gérer les signalements et coordonner les interventions. - Contrôler les prestations réalisées par les entreprises. - Mettre en place et suivre les outils de gestion et les indicateurs d'activité. - Contribuer à l'organisation et à l'amélioration continue du service. - Divers - Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des actions de valorisation et de communication autour des missions du service. Qualifications - Cadre d'emploi des techniciens territoriaux à ingénieur avec idéalement une formation en génie électrique, électronique, travaux publics ou équivalent. - Expérience dans le suivi d’étude et travaux en éclairage public ou réseaux secs. - Connaissances en conduite d'opérations ou suivi de travaux. - Capacité de piloter des projets et d'animer des réunions avec des partenaires. - Connaissance de l’environnement des collectivités territoriales serait appréciée. - Expérience dans des fonctions équivalentes, dont connaissances des marchés publics. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques ; DAO/SIG.
