• Responsible for managing customer-facing full life-cycle projects from PreSales handoff through full implementation/configuration to go-live • Manage and deliver on-time projects within scope, budget and schedule delivering functionality agreed to within the Statement of Work (SOW) • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from Project Initiation to Technical Support transition for multiple customer-facing major initiatives simultaneously • Prepare detailed project plan for multi-phase projects • Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards • Provide remote and on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones • Manage project scope, time management and changes per Statement of Work • Proactively research and communicate additional opportunities for expansion within the existing customer base (land and expand)
Job Requirements
- 10 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
- At least 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
- Experience in PM methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Flexibility and proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Advanced competency with software programs to manage projects, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Project, Technical Design Specifications, and Functional Specifications in Validated and non-Validated environments.

Role Description Dans le cadre de notre développement (reprise de la compétence éclairage public au SDES), le pôle réseaux crée un nouveau service dédié à l'éclairage public, la rénovation, l’exploitation et la maintenance de ce futur parc. Sous l'autorité de la responsable du service Réseaux, au sein d'une équipe de 4 chargés d'opérations, 1 chargé SIG/GMAO et 1 assistante administrative et technique, vous serez chargé d'accompagner à la structuration du service dans un 1er temps de piloter les travaux de rénovation pour l'ensemble du parc géré par le SDES. - Investissement - Participer à la structuration, à l'organisation et au développement de la compétence Éclairage Public. - Accompagner les collectivités dans leurs projets d'éclairage public : de la phase du diagnostic du patrimoine à la réalisation des travaux. - Assurer le suivi technique, administratif et financier des opérations (dont le suivi des marchés afférents). - Maintenance / Exploitation - Piloter l'exploitation et la maintenance du patrimoine d'éclairage public grâce à l’outil de GMAO. - Gérer les signalements et coordonner les interventions. - Contrôler les prestations réalisées par les entreprises. - Mettre en place et suivre les outils de gestion et les indicateurs d'activité. - Contribuer à l'organisation et à l'amélioration continue du service. - Divers - Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des actions de valorisation et de communication autour des missions du service.
