Role Description Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant contrat Facility Management F/H, basé(e) à Issy-les-Moulineaux. Rattaché(e) au Pilote National, vous l'accompagnez dans le pilotage d’un contrat multisites. À ce titre, vous participez activement à la gestion globale du périmètre et co-assurez les missions suivantes : - Gestion financière - Assurer le pilotage des outils de suivi budgétaire des prestations en lien avec la DPGF client - Assurer le suivi des prestations hors forfait - Contribuer à la performance économique du contrat - Pilotage contractuel et reporting - Suivre les évolutions de périmètre, les formaliser et effectuer le suivi des avenants contractuels associés - Garantir la bonne application des standards et processus - Co-piloter les actions correctives suite aux incidents ou dérives - Participer activement au pilotage de la qualité de service - Préparer les comités de pilotage et consolider les reportings d’activité - Relation client et interfaces clés - Interagir régulièrement avec les interlocuteurs suivants : - Service facturation client et les équipes de gestion financière du groupement - Acheteurs client - Pilotes régionaux Equans - Co-traitant du groupement - Contribuer à la fluidité des échanges, au respect des engagements contractuels et à la qualité de la relation partenariale. - QHSE et conformité - Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et au respect de la politique QHSE sur l’ensemble du périmètre, en lien avec les exigences contractuelles et réglementaires : - Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles de sécurité, qualité et environnement - Participer aux audits et au suivi des indicateurs HSE - Veiller au respect des obligations réglementaires - Dimension multisites - Réaliser des déplacements ponctuels sur les sites en région - Accompagner les équipes locales et auditer la qualité des prestations - Garantir l’homogénéité des pratiques à l’échelle nationale Qualifications - Formation Bac +2 en gestion PME-PMI/ Assistant technique - Expérience significative en exploitation/ gestion de contrats de maintenance/FM - Une expérience en environnement multi-acteurs est un atout. - Maîtrise des outils de pilotage informatiques - Bonne compréhension des enjeux contractuels et financiers - Organisation, rigueur et sens des priorités - Leadership transversal - Proactivité et capacité d’anticipation - Excellent relationnel - Forte orientation client et esprit de coopération Benefits - Un poste clé dans le pilotage d’un contrat national structurant - Une exposition transverse (client, interne, partenaires) - Un rôle central dans un fonctionnement en groupement - De réelles perspectives d’évolution Company Description Poste basé à Issy-les-Moulineaux.
