Role Description Chef.fe de projets informatiques - Développeur à pourvoir au sein du Service Ingénierie Applicative. Référence du poste n°6613. Vous serez chargé.e de concevoir et développer des services numériques innovants au service de la transformation numérique du Département alignés au standard d’urbanisation du Système d’Information. Vous êtes également responsable du maintien en conditions opérationnelles des services en production. Missions générales : - Concevoir et développer des services numériques multi-plateformes et langages sur la base de spécifications fonctionnelles et du cadre de développement de la collectivité. - Piloter les travaux de réalisation et développement des solutions en coordonnant les ressources en sous-traitance mobilisées. - Assurer l’homologation technique des solutions mises en œuvre. - Participer à l’amélioration continue du processus d’ingénierie logicielle et pratiques de développement. - Participer à la veille technologique et au maintien de l’état de l’art des connaissances techniques de la direction. - Être garant de la production des différents livrables d'un projet de développement numérique. Missions spécifiques : - Optimiser les processus liés aux demandes des usagers du Département : connecter la plateforme de gestion de la relation usager avec les SI métiers au travers du développement de web services (PHP ou Java), d'échanges inter applicatifs (Talend Cloud Integration). - Mettre en place et adapter la méthode agile de gestion de projets et de réalisation des produits (produit minimum viable) au sein de ses activités. - Participer aux initiatives de la direction sur la mise en œuvre d’une démarche qualité. - Participer à la gestion budgétaire des projets (état des besoins, capacité à engager, suivi en collaboration avec le service budget et achats). Qualifications - Expérience avérée des langages de développement : PHP (framework Symfony, API Platform), Java, Camel, Python. - Maîtrise des langages de développement web : HTML5/CSS/Javascript. - Maîtrise des technologies ETL, idéalement de Talend Cloud Integration. - Connaissance de Suite CRM. - Maîtrise des principes d’intégration et déploiement continus et de qualité du code (Gitlab, SonarQube, Nexus ou autres). - Maîtrise des techniques de gestion de projets (traditionnelles et frameworks agiles). - Maîtrise des processus d'ingénierie des logiciels et des méthodologies de tests. - Maîtrise de la containerisation d’application (Docker, LXC, Kubernetes). - Maîtrise des architectures orientées services (SOA) micro services, développements et intégration d’API (REST, SOAP…). - Connaissances des principes d'urbanisation des SI. Requirements - Ingénieur ou Master en informatique avec une spécialisation en développement logiciel. - Niveau de diplôme : Baccalauréat + 5 et plus. Role Description At the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University (CEPR), our mission is to transform education through the power of quality evidence. The Mathematics Teaching and Teacher Learning (MTTL) Senior Project Coordinator will support the MTTL team across multiple grant-funded research projects and MQI Coaching fee-for-service contracts. This role includes performing complex administrative and programmatic duties, as well as delivering coaching for the M-Powering Teacher Coaching project.
