• Lead cross-functional technical and operational projects that support business growth, new product launches, manufacturing/packaging innovations, and continuous improvement across the value chain • Oversee project planning, execution, risk/issue management, stakeholder alignment, budget control and ensure delivery to time, cost, scope, quality and sustainability goals • Support manufacturing/co-packing • Manage the delivery of technical projects (e.g., NPD, EPD, new packaging roll-out, co-packer transitions) including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, closure • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk registers, change control processes and status reports • Serve as the technical liaison between R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Marketing and external partners (co-packers, suppliers) • Ensure all project deliverables meet technical, regulatory, quality and brand standards (including specification compliance, flavor/ingredient/packaging interactions) • Lead regular project governance meetings (steering group, working groups), provide dashboards and metrics, escalate appropriately • Manage third-party co-packers and suppliers: prepare statements of work, monitor performance, ensure alignment to project milestones and technical requirements • Drive continuous improvement: identify process inefficiencies, packaging optimization, cost reduction, sustainability opportunities and embed change into operations • Support New Product Development (NPD) and product commercialization: ensure technical readiness, manufacturing trials, scale-up, launch readiness, production handover • Maintain documentation: project files, lessons learned, post-project reviews, technical reports, specifications, change logs • Monitor project budgets and costs, ensure change management and budget control • Promote a culture of delivery excellence: timely execution, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, optimization mindset.

Role Description At the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University (CEPR), our mission is to transform education through the power of quality evidence. The Mathematics Teaching and Teacher Learning (MTTL) Senior Project Coordinator will support the MTTL team across multiple grant-funded research projects and MQI Coaching fee-for-service contracts. This role includes performing complex administrative and programmatic duties, as well as delivering coaching for the M-Powering Teacher Coaching project.
