Role Description We are looking for an AI Delivery Manager to turn expertise, initiative, and bold thinking into real impact on the next generation of AI-driven financial crime detection. In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions for banks, fintechs, and payment providers worldwide, working hand in hand with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to implement AI/ML models, integrate data pipelines, and ensure every deployment lands on time with measurable impact. This is a fully remote role based in Mexico City . Key Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end delivery of AI implementation projects with global customers. - Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Lead project planning, timelines, and execution while managing cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, FCE). - Oversee integration of customer data pipelines and configuration of AI/ML models. - Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical AI-driven solutions. - Present project milestones, results, and success metrics to senior stakeholders. - Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and customer enablement post-implementation. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field. - At least 5 years of experience in project delivery, data engineering, or software implementation. - Proficiency in Python. - Proficiency in SQL. - Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts. - Fluent English (spoken and written). - Fluent Spanish (spoken and written). - Experience with Big Data or Apache Spark (Advantage). - Experience with cloud platforms (Advantage). - Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (Advantage). - Professional working proficiency in Portuguese (Advantage). - Experience in financial crime and compliance such as AML, Fraud, Sanctions, or KYC (Advantage).

• Serve as the primary point of contact for personal injury clients • Maintain regular communication regarding treatment progress, case status, and outstanding items • Document all client communications accurately in the case management system • Coordinate with medical providers regarding appointments and treatment status • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding claim status and coverage information • Manage and prioritize an active caseload while ensuring timely progression of each matter

• You independently plan, manage and deliver projects. • You act as the strategic counterpart for Project Requesters and support the project team from the initial idea to final delivery. • You produce KPI-based reports and identify opportunities for optimization. • You are the human point of contact for all project stakeholders and the driving force behind smooth communication. • You contribute beyond your own projects and collaboratively develop PM-AI workflows.

• Own the business end to end — full accountability for revenue, retention, roadmap and profitability of your unit. • Build and lead teams — hire, structure and develop a cross-functional team spanning Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial Functions. • Drive B2B growth — own the commercial engine like pricing, sales motion, partnerships, developer/B2B marketing and expansion within an existing customer base. • Set strategy and execute it — define where your business plays and how it wins, then deliver against that plan quarter over quarter. • Integrate and scale — align your unit's product, technology and go-to-market with BlueThrone's broader platform and teams. • Represent the business — be its face to customers, partners and the market.
