Role Description Sous l’autorité du/de la chef(fe) de pôle, le/la coordinateur-trice petite enfance est chargé(e) de la mise en œuvre de la politique globale petite enfance, en cohérence avec les objectifs définis par la politique communautaire de l’accueil du jeune enfant. Le/la coordinateur-trice pilote et coordonne les directeurs-trices et responsables des structures petites enfance (EAJE, RPE) afin de garantir la qualité des pratiques professionnelles et leur évolution au sein des établissements. Elle impulse une dynamique commune et cohérente entre chaque structure. Le/la coordinateur-trice, infirmière puéricultrice occupe également les missions du poste de référent santé et accueil inclusif (RSAI). - Encadrement hiérarchique individuel des directeurs-trices de crèches et/ou micro-crèche et d’un€ responsable de RPE (évaluation annuelle, objectifs, bilan) - Soutien technique de l’équipe de direction des crèches en matière de management d’équipe, soutien opérationnel en cas de gestion de situation difficile, accompagnement à la prise de fonction. - Animation du réseau des directeurs-trices des EAJE du territoire (impulser la dynamique commune, garantir les projets mis en place). - Réalisation de compte rendu au/à la chef(fe) de pôle. Qualifications - IPDE avec minimum 3 ans d'expérience en direction et / ou coordination. Requirements - Gestion et pilotage de: - 1 micro-crèche - 2 petites crèches - 1 crèche. - Travail de partenariat avec le futur RPE et LAEP.
