Client Finance Coordinator
Gravity Global
• Responsible for all aspects of client revenue management including revenue and project cost recognition, forecasting, variance analysis and ownership of balance sheet balances relating to your clients. • Review sales orders for accuracy and reasonableness. Confirm Sales Order agrees to Client SOW/Contract documentation. • Generate, review, and send client invoices accurately and on schedule. • Process client onboarding onto the finance system and ensuring the correct data and documents are on file. • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments • Support month-end closing processes by the timely recording of revenue and providing forecast to actual variance analysis by the adhered deadlines. • Collaborate and maintain good relationships with internal departments, including Account Management, Media and Finance, to ensure the accurate revenue forecast for assigned clients. • Assist with audits and provide requested documentation regarding client-related financial transactions. • Other ad-hoc group assistance
Job Requirements
- SAIPA or ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
- 4+ years of experience in revenue recognition, sales order management and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Strong attention to detail and high-level organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Must have experience working within an advertising or marketing agency.
