Artera is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer who can bring deep technical insight, guide solution optimization, and ensure smooth, successful implementations for our customers. Act as the technical lead during the sales and implementation processes, ensuring customer workflows align with Artera’s capabilities. Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects to evaluate system architecture, workflow needs, and data integration requirements. Design and propose optimized solutions for healthcare workflows using Artera’s product suite, addressing inefficiencies and ensuring scalability. Translate technical concepts into clear and actionable information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Scope Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring feasibility and clarity for successful project implementation. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment on customer expectations and project outcomes. Create and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to illustrate value to prospective and existing customers. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, leveraging cross-functional input to craft effective responses. Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights on best practices and workflow optimization. Contribute to internal enablement by educating sales and customer-facing teams on technical aspects of the product.

• Perform triage on security escalations and detections to determine scope, severity, and root cause; monitor cybersecurity events and investigate incidents efficiently. • Identify, recommend, and implement automation use cases leveraging AI/ML capabilities to accelerate response times. • Support the deployment, configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform, specifically focusing on SentinelOne and Splunk integrations. • Create and modify detection rules, signatures, and alerts across SIEM and EDR platforms (Splunk and SentinelOne) to reduce false positives and enhance fidelity. • Analyze alerts from Cloud, SIEM, EDR, and XDR tools; build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and perform complex queries to support decision-making. • Perform vulnerability assessments of discovered CVEs against agency systems and analyze network traffic to provide actionable security recommendations. • Apply security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and NIST to interpret use cases into actionable monitoring solutions. • Effectively communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders to comply with security standards and best practices.

• Each Intelligence Analyst works as part of a DarkTower Intelligence Cell and is responsible for providing open source cyber intelligence to our clients, based on collection topics and strategies determined to be most relevant to their brand. • You will demonstrate your research, analytical and communication skills by effectively identifying potential threats, determining levels of risk, and producing actionable intelligence reports for a variety of audiences. • Your professional presentation skills are leveraged by the review/presentation of information in front of team members and company leadership. • The ability to translate technical indicators into layperson’s terms is vital. • Outstanding problem-solving skills are essential. • When serious threats are identified, you will work closely with other areas of the intelligence team to identify appropriate solutions. • You must be passionate about technology, passionate about identifying threats, and able to learn the ropes of new investigative techniques and technical solutions rapidly.
