• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using various sourcing techniques • Collaborate with and support external recruitment partners • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings • Facilitate offer negotiations and support hiring managers in final decision-making • Contribute to the development and optimization of recruitment processes and tools • Prepare and maintain summary reports and recruitment analytics • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment • Provide support during pre-onboarding and onboarding phases when needed (e.g., communication with new hires, hiring managers, vendors)
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in mass hiring or high-volume environments
- Strong English skills (B2 level or higher)
- Experience with developing and implementing internal recruitment policies and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus
- International hiring experience is a strong advantage
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and process improvement
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach

Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator
