Job Requirements
- Bilingual (French & English) is required.
- Basic mathematical skills required.
- High level of comfort is a must to navigate through calls with grieving/emotional clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- 1-2+ years’ experience in adjudicating claims, an asset.
- Working knowledge of processing and imaging systems, an asset.
- Knowledge of Investment Products, an asset.
- Working knowledge of government legislation, Insurance Act and Quebec Civil Code, an asset.
- Basic knowledge of administrative systems (Mainframes, AWD, iFAST), as asset.
- Knowledgeable in developing professional letters.
