Channel Manager, Connected Commerce, E&O
Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
• Be responsible for the profitability, promotion, pricing, and merchandising plans for E&O products • Work with the commercial teams to develop and execute the channel marketing strategies and plans to sell E&O inventory • Collaborate with the connected commerce team to ensure accurate and optimal merchandising and marketing tactics support your business strategies • Analyze and track POS, inventory, traffic, and other key success metrics • Work across internal departments and systems to ensure approved pricing and product allocation follows your strategies • Partner with the Sales and Finance teams to manage listings, maximizing sales and profitability
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field
- 3-5 years relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the consumer good and/or eCommerce industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced functions
- Ability to organize and prioritize and work cross functionally
- Superior Interpersonal skills - proficient in both written and verbal communications
- Knowledge of construction tools and accessory products is a plus
