The Virtual Charge Registered Nurse (VCN) plays a pivotal role as a collaborative care team leader, overseeing day-to-day operations and delivering virtual nursing care to a diverse adult population across various healthcare settings. They provide remote nursing services to patients in acute and sub-acute care, emergency departments, critical care environments, skilled nursing facilities, and even in the patients' homes. Working in partnership with clinical teams at the originating sites, the VCN serves as an expert nurse on the patient care team. They actively deliver patient care, translate evidence-based practices, offer patient and family education, and provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to fellow nurses. Additionally, the VCN coordinates care across disciplines, collaborating with the originating site and other remote clinical team members. Qualifications - Valid RN licensure - Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an acceptable and recognized institution - Bachelor’s degree preferred Requirements - 5+ years of current experience in acute or critical care - Critical and acute cardiac care experience - 1+ years of leadership experience - Implement nursing process, including assessments, care planning, and coordination based on evidence-based protocols - Prioritize patient advocacy, proactive monitoring, and safe, efficient, patient-centered care - Delegate and supervise support staff to ensure high-quality patient care Knowledge and Skills - Demonstrated proficiency in acute and/or critical care skills - Strong understanding of telemetry monitoring, policies, and procedures - Ability to think critically in diagnosing clinical problems and defining interventions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Proficiency in computer documentation and navigation Benefits - Competitive hourly rate - Medical, Dental, Vision - PTO - 401k - Continuing Education (subject to eligibility requirements) - And more!

Role Description Provides audit support for Molina enterprise risk adjustment activities. Responsible for developing, recommending and implementing controls and cost-effective approaches to minimize the organization's risks effects. Identifies and analyzes potential sources of loss to minimize risk, and estimates the potential financial consequences of an occurring loss.
