Role Description As a Technical Account Executive, you will utilize your deep technical knowledge, sales skills, understanding of customer issues, and broad industry knowledge to maximize the value of Cadence solutions and flows. You will develop, lead, and close technical campaigns that introduce new technologies and methodologies propelling project teams to overachieve. The success of campaigns will rely on your strong relationship building and superior communications skills to fuse customer engineers, customer leadership, application engineers, corporate resources, sales executives, and partners into a single team driven to excellence. Supporting you is the most successful, collaborative, and fun team in the Electronic Design Automation industry. Qualifications - Deep technical knowledge and understanding of the digital design flow from RTL to GDSII including high-level synthesis, RTL synthesis, static timing analysis, power analysis/optimization, equivalence checking, DFT, digital implementation, place and route, electrical signoff, and physical signoff. - Proven track record demonstrating ability to identify and understand customer’s technical and business challenges and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to manage projects internally and manage campaigns externally with customers. - Knowledge of AI/ML digital design and optimization methods and associated EDA technology awareness. - Ability to converse with and influence upper-level management technology and business discussions to help drive multi-million-dollar, complex sales campaigns. - Understanding of the capability and competitive value provided by Cadence digital design and implementation tools, flows, and solutions, and the ability to lead Cadence technical teams to connect those to customer needs. - Understanding of digital requirements, ecosystems, and certification/assurance requirements in aerospace/defense, automotive, industrial, and medical markets. - Understanding of mixed-signal IC design and package design. - Knowledge of the complete sales process, services SOW process, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact with engineering and financial staff at all levels. - Results driven with a proven track record of successfully managing conflicting priorities and meeting goals. Requirements - 7+ years of professional experience in the electronic design environment. - 4+ years of experience in pre-sales roles. - MS or BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. - Location: San Diego (Preferred), Austin OR San Jose. Key Responsibilities: - To provide food and beverages to the highest standard within the financial limitations set for the contract. - To prepare menus and order foodstuffs in accordance with requirements, using only products agreed from nominated suppliers. - To ensure that all foodstuffs are prepared and packaged following the company Food Safety System and in line with current legislation. - To charge for all sales such prices as agreed by your line manager/the client. - To hold all monies received in a secure place. - To keep cash and stock levels within the target figures set. - To keep cash purchases to a minimum, observing financial targets set by the Operations Manager. - To prepare records of sales and complete required Company bookwork, complying with any additional bookkeeping systems. - Assist the Catering Manager to monitor performance weekly/monthly by taking stock, reviewing results, and taking remedial action where necessary. - Liaise with Catering Manager to compile the annual budget in the standard format so that weekly targets are agreed.
