Role Description A fast-growing DTC functional nutrition and wellness brand is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale its entire creator and affiliate program from the ground up. Day-to-day, the role owns the affiliate program platform end-to-end, builds AI-powered outreach systems that still feel personal, manages relationships with third-party creator platforms and agencies, and partners with performance marketing to amplify top organic content through paid channels. Success means a scaled creator network, growing affiliate revenue, and a reliable content-to-paid pipeline.
