Trucking Client Manager

• The primary focus of this role is to maintain superb client servicing through the policy term. • Client Manager’s process changes (Vehicle, Driver, Location, Policy Limits, etc.) and certificates in real time to support Mid-Market Trucking businesses. • They must be extremely accurate and efficient in maintaining their EPIC home screen tasks that include but are not limited to: adding/deleting vehicles, adding/deleting drivers, processing monthly reports, processing financing requests, issuing certificates, processing cancellations/reinstatements, communicating challenges with clients or producers and most of all solving problems either on their own or with their Account Executives and Producers. • At times, they will need to support their Account Executives in building policies and importing/issuing batch renewal certificates.
Job Requirements
- Understand and maintain knowledge of the various carriers requirements for Scheduled and Reporting policies and Driver Guidelines.
- Vehicle/Driver Adds and Deletes
- Location Changes, Limit Changes, and Other Policy Changes
- Monthly Reporting – Work with clients and carriers for Trucking Liability Monthly Reporting policies based on Unit Count, Revenue, or Mileage.
- Certificates of Insurance – Issued certificates as needed to the client based on policy structure and endorsements available.
- Understand issuing Transportation specific certificates to UIIA, Los Angeles KwikComply, Highway, Registry Monitoring Services, DAT/Certificial, and Direct Chassis.
- Understand and Support Needs for Federal Motor Vehicle Filings
- Cancellations & Reinstatements – Process Premium Finance and Carrier cancellations and reinstatements following procedure.
- Premium Financing – Assist client with add-on contracts to the finance agreement for premium bearing endorsements.
- Assist Account Executive in building Master Marketing submission within Agency Management System to market renewal.
- Assist in Renewal Process of binding and issuing bulk certificates when needed.
- Have the ability to multitask, work under tight timelines and stay incredibly accurate with work product.
- Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel & Word.
