We’re looking for a Campaign Art Director with a history of creating award-winning work across touch-points and media types. Qualifications - Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. - 8+ years of experience as an Art Director at in-house or at a top-tier creative agency, with a portfolio that includes work for modern technology brands. - Work closely with a Creative Director, Campaigns on conceptual development, design, and execution across key marketing briefs. - Strong background in concept and art direction with fluency across channels - digital, social, film, print, and more. - Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and experience scaling ideas under tight timelines. - Passionate about craft and committed to building systems and stories that elevate brand presence over time. - Value collaboration and feedback, and thrive in cross-functional environments with marketing, design, and product teams. - Experience working with or designing with AI and emerging technologies. - Expert in industry-standard design and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. Requirements - For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $102,300 - $140,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. - Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. - Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. - We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. - Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
