Job Description

Project Manager – Creative Director

Headstart Collective

• You develop concepts and ideas for social media advertising videos — creative, strategic, and always on trend. • You plan and organize our shoots down to the smallest detail: from talent casting and reviewing/managing submissions to creating clear briefings. • You assist with organizing props and sourcing suitable locations. • You present your concepts in client meetings and convince stakeholders with your vision. • You take full responsibility for communication and end-to-end project management of our video projects — you keep an overview, delegate tasks within the team, and conduct debriefing calls after each project so we can continuously improve.

Job Requirements

  • You have a strong sense for quality content and know exactly what works on each platform.
  • You are as comfortable with conceptual thinking as with structured organization — a creative mind and an organizational talent in one.
  • You communicate confidently with clients and within the team, and maintain oversight even when managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience in an agency, as a director, or in creative direction is a major plus.
  • You are passionate about digital marketing and eager to take on responsibility.
  • Preferably a completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with a focus on business administration, psychology, communications, marketing, or digital media.
  • Relevant professional experience in the marketing and/or creative industry.
  • Organizational talent, ideally with prior experience in project management.
  • Motivation and drive to give your best and to continually learn.
  • Independence and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in creating and publishing social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of consumer psychology.
  • Solid knowledge of various social media channels.

Benefits

  • 100% remote-first.
  • From day one you'll take on responsibility and work with a wide range of clients — from startups to corporates.
  • Regular team events and a culture that motivates you to perform at your best, plus a team passionate about both creativity and performance.
  • Young, innovative team that welcomes your ideas!
  • Varied responsibilities with a steep learning curve.
  • Ability to work from home.
