Role Description As the Manager - Risk Management (Claims), you will oversee and administer all facets of global claims management for Wesco Distribution, Inc., including: - Auto liability - General liability - Property - Cargo - Other insured and self-insured claims You will manage the Workers' Compensation Analyst, Risk Management (Claims) and serve as Wesco's primary point of contact for claim-related matters, ensuring: - Timely, accurate, and cost-effective claim resolution - Compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements You will partner with carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), brokers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to: - Manage complex claims - Support litigation and settlement strategies - Represent the company in mediations and other claim proceedings - Drive continuous improvement in claims handling practices You will play a key role in minimizing financial exposure and supporting Wesco's overall risk management objectives. Role Description The Senior Consultant, Information Governance will lead client engagements involving Information Governance (IG), and/or eDiscovery, often in the context of M365. The ideal candidate will have experience with IG and/or eDiscovery engagements for multi-national organizations across a wide range of industries. This is primarily a client-facing role, so the successful candidate will be comfortable and have experience working with senior stakeholders across legal, compliance, privacy, and information technology staff. The Senior Consultant will work in collaboration with Project Manager(s), Directors, Associate Director(s), and Analysts to ensure project requirements are met. The Senior Consultant will leverage subject matter expertise in support of Sales and Marketing needs.
