Track & Trace Operations Coordinator

• Monitor active shipments and communicate with carriers. • Dispatch booked loads and maintain shipment documentation. • Perform Track & Trace on active shipments and document status updates. • Build, update, and maintain loads within Port TMS. • Confirm carriers are on schedule and escalate delays when necessary. • Collect Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other required shipment documentation. • Send tracking information to customers and internal teams as required. • Assist with additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or freight operations.
- Experience with Track & Trace and shipment monitoring.
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS); experience with Port TMS is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable communicating with carriers and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily operations.
