Inside Sales Representative

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing laboratory customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings • Identifying customer needs and recommending clinical chemistry products and solutions • Managing a sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and following up on opportunities • Collaborating with field sales representatives and internal teams to support customer success • Preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from first contact through implementation • Staying informed on clinical chemistry products, industry trends, and competitive offerings • Meeting individual sales goals while contributing to the success of the broader team • Maintaining accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system
