Enablement Business Partner

Role Description As the Enablement Business Partner – APAC GTM and Alliances, you will be the strategic connector and end‑to‑end enablement partner for APAC Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and regional Alliances. You will: - Deeply understand regional market and partner dynamics. - Translate business and partner priorities into focused enablement strategies, learning paths, and events. - Partner closely with APAC GTM and regional Alliances leaders. - Design and orchestrate programs that help teams position and deliver Guidewire’s AI-powered cloud platform. - Systematize services-led innovation into repeatable offerings. - Activate GTM in new markets such as Japan. - Support AI-powered services execution across Guidewire-led and partner-led projects. - Ensure field and partner teams have the knowledge, assets, and confidence to execute. Qualifications - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Guidewire GTM and Alliances. - Build executive trust through insightful needs analysis and proactive communication. - Orchestrate end‑to‑end program execution with Events and Stakeholders. - Translate goals into enablement objectives and measurable business outcomes. - Operate with integrity, rationality, and collegiality. - Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. - Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills. - Good understanding of the property and casualty insurance business. - Proficiency with software tools such as Google Suite, Monday.com, eLearning platforms, and AI. - Ability to work seamlessly in a remote environment. - Willingness to travel up to 25-50% of the time, occasionally internationally. Requirements - Serve as the primary enablement point of contact for APAC Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services Delivery, and regional Alliances leadership. - Provide regular updates to leadership, including persona-based learning plans and enablement feedback forums. - Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to discuss active stakeholder learning plans. - Accountable for Training Needs Assessment for training/learning requested by business areas. - Design and orchestrate major regional programs, owning logistics and driving agenda. - Coordinate with Onboarding resources to ensure persona-based content is up-to-date. - Collaborate with the People Team regarding soft-skills competency and leadership training. - Collect and action stakeholder feedback for your business area. - Complete tactical updates of Training Needs Assessments and metrics reporting. - Localize global partner enablement strategies for APAC. - Drive a regional Alliances enablement plan that raises the success of SI-led programs.
