Junior CRM & Automation Manager

• Develop, implement and optimize automations, workflows and AI-supported processes in HubSpot for Marketing, the Academy and other company areas • Connect and integrate HubSpot with other systems and automation platforms • Analyze manual or inefficient processes and develop pragmatic automation solutions • Develop technical solutions using modern AI and automation tools that can efficiently complement or replace traditional IT development • Test, document and continuously optimize workflows, processes and technical solutions • Work closely with Production, the Academy, Marketing and other departments

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a comparable technical field
  • Experience using modern AI tools and agent systems (e.g., GPT, Claude, Agentic AI, Make)
  • Good knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems
  • Initial experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms such as Make or Zapier
  • Highly motivated to solve problems independently and pragmatically
  • Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new applications and systems
  • Technical understanding and enjoyment of testing new solutions
  • Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
  • Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
