• Support management of innovation programs and organize the backlog of ideas and new initiatives. • Conduct market research and benchmarking, and assist in building business cases. • Assist in monitoring pilots, POCs (Proofs of Concept) and innovation projects, consolidating results and lessons learned. • Create high-quality executive presentations for company leadership. • Translate complex technical information and data into clear, fluid and engaging visual narratives (corporate storytelling techniques). • Support internal communications to publicize the achievements, results and benefits generated by projects. • Structure meeting agendas and draft meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up and enforcement of action plans. • Manage timelines, documentation and keep the programs' knowledge base up to date. • Monitor area performance indicators (KPIs) and support program budget control.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in corporate areas, preferably related to projects, processes, communications or innovation.
- Advanced PowerPoint: Full proficiency in structuring executive presentations (visual narrative, synthesis and slide design).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with different hierarchical levels and translate technical terms for the business.
- Strong organizational skills, time management and a clear sense of prioritization.
- Nice-to-haves (a plus!): Previous experience in innovation hubs, accelerators, startups or areas dedicated to digital transformation.
- Proficiency with BI and design tools (Power BI, Canva, Figma or similar).
- Practical experience using generative Artificial Intelligence tools applied to daily productivity.

Role Description The Clinical Risk Manager role utilizes a high level of experience and advanced knowledge regarding nursing, medical conditions, risk and prognoses as it relates to treatment plans and utilization of care. The Clinical Risk Manager provides accurate current and next year cost projections and savings opportunities to C&F. Role Description Our client, a Lloyd's third-party managing agent, is seeking experienced Risk Capture Technicians to support their Risk Capture as a Service function. This role involves reviewing insurance slips and supporting documents, extracting key policy information, and accurately recording it within the client's Policy Administration System (PAS). - Process London Market insurance underwriting data in line with applicable procedure guides - Analyse technical data and calculate technical transactions, including limits, premiums, and deductions - Manage internal and external queries to support the accuracy and efficiency of data processing - Apply taxes and deductions accurately during risk/endorsement processing - Perform premium calculations, including pro-rating against policy periods and calculating premiums from schedules Qualifications - Strong understanding of London Market insurance terminology - Ability to read and interpret slips and endorsements across all lines of business - Working knowledge of standard market practice for processing risks and endorsements into a PAS system - Prior experience in a risk capture, technical processing, or policy administration role within the Lloyd's/London Market is essential - Strong attention to detail and comfort working to contractual SLAs Requirements - Process insurance underwriting data on a timely and accurate basis, adhering to: - Benchmark standards - Accuracy targets - Contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) per client/service Benefits - Length: Initial 6-month contract, with view to being extended
