Role Description We are currently searching for a Full-Stack Real time - Python/React Developer : - Build and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React with JavaScript/TypeScript. - Develop, scale, and maintain high-performance backend services and data pipelines using Python. - Work effectively with both relational/SQL databases and NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB. - Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated deployments. - Maintain rigorous unit tests to ensure high code quality, reliability, and system performance. - Collaborate and communicate effectively across a globally distributed team. Qualifications - Proficiency in modern frontend development using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, coupled with strong backend expertise in Python. - Extensive experience designing and consuming Web APIs, alongside practical experience with relational/SQL databases and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). - Familiarity with CI/CD practices and strong hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, pytest, xUnit). - Strong communication skills and comfort working with a distributed team across various time zones. - Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. - A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering" (building scalable, real-time data architectures rather than just writing scripts).
