Aesthetic Trainer

Innovative Skincare Asia

• Communicating the iS Clinical brand messaging and philosophies • Developing educational materials • Conducting in-person and virtual training sessions • Participating in seminars for aesthetic professionals and company personnel • Responding to product inquiries from business partners and end-users • Reporting to the Aesthetic Training Manager • Educating global Sales teams, Partners, and prospects on iS Clinical products, treatments, and science behind them • Collaborating with the education and marketing teams for training materials

Job Requirements

  • Active aesthetics license
  • 1+ years, previous training experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with an adaptive and flexible approach
  • Sound organizational ability, especially with strategy and scheduling work within a clinical setting
  • Strong computer skills and intermediate proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Punctual and self-motivated
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented work environment
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Ability to schedule efficient flights, car rentals, and hotels in advance for traveling into different markets, keeping budget in mind
  • Passion, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for training and knowledge of skin and skincare industry
  • Navigate easily through challenges while maintaining professionalism
