Job Description Description: Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. May require a bachelor's degree and 7 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Time and Attendance Management System This request is for 1040 hours over a 1 year time frame. The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) has developed many systems to collect and manage time and attendance data from its employees. However, these systems are costly to maintain and fraught with problems. This issue is not unique to ODOT. Many agencies throughout the state seek a solution to time and attendance data management including, but not limited to, the partner agencies of this project: Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), and Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA). This document presents the issues that will be addressed through a new time and attendance system with a standard set of business processes. Currently, ODOT operates over thirty time and attendance processes and systems, some of which are manual paper-based processes, which creates unique challenges in ODOT's efforts to manage its work force. Primary Objectives: ODOT management identified several needs when they authorized the development of a business case. The project team validated the following desired outcomes: · Single data entry to capture time, leave, and performance measurement data (Performance measurement data includes non-financial information that can be captured along with employee time, such as number of customers served, number of processes completed, workflow, or work order tasks.) · Reduced number of data entry errors and the associated staff time needed to identify and process error corrections Qualifications Qualification Candidate Experience 1. • Coordinate incident response projects across concurrent technical workstreams keeping everything and everyone aligned • Serve as the connection between clients, technical teams, legal counsel, and internal MOXFIVE stakeholders • Own project documentation: trackers, status reports, milestone logs, deliverable schedules, call cadence • Generate Statements of Work, change orders, and level of efforts with clear scope and pricing • Compile and distribute timely status updates that tell the story of where an engagement stands • Monitor project budgets, track time and expenses, and flag potential scope creep before they become a problem • Coordinate scheduling for client meetings, technical activities, and stakeholder briefings across a portfolio of active engagements • Identify and surface project risks early, working with stakeholders to keep things on course • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (roughly once every six weeks) to support active incident response operations • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of MOXFIVE's project management processes and systems
