Role Description We are currently looking for a results-driven GTM Strategist to manage the outbound strategy and communications with our international clients. This is a full-time, remote position (working EU hours). - Manage the strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for our international clients. - Create and review messaging for outbound campaigns using AI, audience research, ICP analysis, and campaign performance insights. - Build and improve prospecting and list-building workflows by combining multiple data sources to help our Lead Generation team create high-intent prospect lists. - Leverage Clay for data scraping, AI, enrichment, and campaign orchestration to increase the ROI of GTM campaigns. - Evaluate campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations to help achieve campaign KPIs and improve lead quality and quantity. - Identify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles, niches, ICPs, and outreach strategies to increase positive replies. - Support Campaign Managers in preparing client updates, reports, and strategic recommendations that clearly showcase progress and results. - Communicate directly with clients when needed, especially for strategic discussions, performance reviews, escalations, and campaign planning. - Create internal processes, best practices, training materials, and quality standards to help the Campaign Management team scale effectively. Qualifications - At least 4+ years of relevant experience in Performance/B2B Marketing, GTM, or Outbound. - Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and the latest AI Sales/GTM tools. - Proven ability to write, review, and optimize high-performing cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages. - Strong ability to build and improve workflows using multiple data sources, such as Google Maps, Apify, Serper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrichment tools, scraping tools, and AI tools. - Strong understanding of data scraping, enrichment, outbound campaign logic, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign orchestration. - Well-versed in prompt engineering, AI models, and AI-assisted GTM workflows. - Tech-savvy and a quick learner of new technologies and software. - Experience in Tech, SaaS, software, B2B services, or high-growth start-up environments. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide clients, support team members, explain campaign results, and turn data into clear strategic recommendations. - Open to experienced Sales Executives, Campaign Managers, GTM Specialists, or Outbound Strategists with relevant leadership or mentoring experience.
