Semi-Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Node/React

Truelogic Software

• Design and develop full-stack features for internal operational platforms supporting finance, compliance, and commissions workflows. • Build scalable backend services and integrations using modern API architectures, webhooks, and third-party platforms. • Develop dashboards and internal tools that surface operational and business metrics in real time. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. • Contribute to platform architecture and data modeling for complex transaction workflows across distributed systems. • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with engineering best practices. • Participate in technical discussions around scalability, reliability, and developer experience. • Work effectively within a remote-first, async engineering culture.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend application development.
  • Strong frontend development experience with React or Vue.
  • Solid working knowledge of Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
  • Experience building modern full-stack web applications and APIs.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhook integrations, and third-party API consumption.
  • Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments, with AWS preferred.
  • Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems or MCP (Model Context Protocol) services.
  • AI-Augmented Development: You don’t just use AI for chat; you have a demonstrated ability to use Claude Code (or equivalent agentic tools) for non-trivial architectural and coding tasks.
  • Experience working independently in a remote-first, async engineering environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
