Role Description Your project: AdConnect. It is a business within appflame that specializes in building innovative solutions in performance marketing and digital products development. Our performance marketing includes Social, PPC, Native, and Display advertising. Within these areas, we help businesses from around the world acquire new customers through Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Taboola, and more. - Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with our top-tier customers - Drive retention and proactively reactivate dormant accounts - Identify opportunities for personalized outreach and email campaigns - Resolve customer inquiries and issues with efficiency and professionalism - Act as a bridge between customers and our product team, ensuring feedback is translated into actionable improvements to achieve shared goals Qualifications - Fluency in English (C1+), both written and verbal - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in customer support, account management, or a role focused on high-value customers - A proven ability to work with top-tier clients, delivering outstanding service and fostering loyalty - A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your area of responsibility - Structured, critical thinking paired with a data-driven approach to decision-making - Problem-solving prowess: you’re a natural at uncovering the root cause of challenges (a true detective!) - The ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively - Flexibility to work either 14:00 – 23:00 or 17:00 – 02:00 (Kyiv time) with a 1-hour break, Sun–Thu, to accommodate the needs of Western markets Requirements - Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools (will be an advantage) Benefits - Remote-first setup, modern offices with activities, and all the equipment you need, plus compensation to set up your remote workplace. - Fair pay with regular reviews; after probation, compensation for education and English courses, Online Speaking Club, online library, and course access. - Medical insurance coverage, psychologist consultations, unlimited paid sick days, and 31 paid vacation days/year (incl. public holidays). - Corporate events, team-building activities, and paid participation in sports competitions.
