Role Description The primary mission of the Executive Customer Service Representative is to deliver a high standard of personalized, full-resolution customer service. The specialist is responsible for providing efficient and professional communication with customers who contact members of the Senior Management Team, including the CEO’s Office. Inquiries may be highly complex and sensitive in nature. The customer base consists of leisure, corporate, insurance replacement, and small business customers, as well as high-profile Hertz accounts, VIP customers, and personnel at all levels within Hertz. Communications may be conducted via phone, email, postal mail, or social media platforms. The hourly salary for this role is $19.23. What You’ll Do: - Utilize all resources materials to document and resolve customer inquiries. - Communicate and follow up with customers to full resolution. - Maintain documentation of all contacts, research, resolution, and follow-up, when necessary, with all inquiries. - Follow up in timely manner to ensure resolution was met and customer has been notified. - Maintain the highest level of professionalism in all communications with customers and stakeholders contacting members of the Senior Management Team or the Executive Office in Estero, FL. - Cooperate with Management in maintaining goals and objectives. - Criminal background check due to access of Personal Identifiable Data (PID). - For internal employees, all employees’ files will be reviewed and approved by management for acceptable performance and attendance before final acceptance of their application.
